I am reaching out to request a quote for a proposal I am working on for Cape Cod SFS. 

-  Personnel will need to be U.S. citizens and cleared by U.S. GOV (Clearances not required but would be a plus)
    - Escorts can be provided if necessary
- After Demo – there will likely be a 3 week gap before finish work can begin

•  Demo: Demo, remove, dispose of the existing material.
o   Tile/glue (asbestos) Floor tile 12’x12” cream color
  Dimensions & Area: totaling approximately 290 sq. ft.
  Section 1: 10’ W x 29’ L
o   Drywall, insulation (non asbestos)
  Two sections 2
  Section 1: 3’ W x 29’ L
  Section 2: 3’ W x 10’ L
•  Finish:
o   New insulation
o   New drywall (level 5 finish)
o   Paint
o   New tile
