Project Details:
Hi - My mom moved into assisted living and I am cleaning out her house in preparation for sale. A friend was staying in a room with a bathroom and moved out on Monday. There is considerable work needed to be done - surface mold in the shower and a bulging ceiling - a rotted window frame that caused some damage to the corner of the ceiling - and the whole wall behind the toilet seems loose. Can someone come out and take a look and give me an estimate? Thank you. Molly
