A native New Englander is returning home! I am interested in turnover cleaning during the high rental season when I will be renting my newly purchased property on Danbury Street in South Yarmouth (likely Sat - Sat or Sun - Sun rentals). It is a 5 room, 704 sq foot cape cod cottage with knotty pine walls. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, 1 family room and a three-season porch. The bathroom will be gutted and brand new by May 1. All furnishings will be brand new. The kitchen will not be new (yet) :( . Please let me know if your staff is available on weekends! Thank you in advance for your assistance.
