I have previously owned the Anchorage on the Bay manager’s house on Beach Point and took on several clients in the complex. I advertised the units, screened the tenants, collected the deposits and balance upon check in along with a security deposit. We did supply linens for he units. I am available for cleaning only now, and am looking for any Friday, Saturday, or Sunday turnovers. My rate depends on the unit and if linens are involved.
