If building permit is accepted, I want to build a 20 x 14 family room off the rear of the home. I would most likely do a 4 foot foundation with a vapor barrier.  Need quote on excation work and foundation work.  Home is located in West Hyannisport.

We are in negotiation to purchase a home in Harwich and learned the majority of windows are in need of attention due to rot and malfunction due to age (springs etc.)
