Folks-
  I purchased a home at 88 Stepping Stones Road in Chatham, MA.  The closing is January 8th.  I need an estimate on the following:
1)  Re shingle and synthetic trim the left side of the house only.

2)  Estimate on replacing the two double hung windows AND estimate on replacing and covering them and installing 2-3 awning windows in place of the double hung windows.

Seller will pick up cost of shingles and trim only.  Please let me know if i can get an estimate from you as soon as possible.  Thanks you.

Two studio cottages at Cranberry Cottages in Eastham.  Each cottage is about 240 sq. Ft.

I house - 1800 sq. ft. - 3 bedrooms - 2 bathrooms in Eastham.

All need Saturday changeover cleanings through the summer.  Addition cleanings will be needed, mostly in the cottages, in the spring and fall.
