Project Details:

My elderly mother’s kitchen counter has a crack in it. A piece of the drain board- about 6 x 12 inches has a non linear crack. We have a piece of the original corion to use for the replacement if it can not be repaired. I have had a couple of estimates ranging from $1,000- $4,000 which is more than she can afford. Thanks!

I want my furniture cleaned and checked for bugs and treated if necessary I have been renting an apartment with a disgusting rug and think that maybe my furniture may also be infested. I am moving within the next two months and would love this done if time allows I would also be willing to put the clean furniture into storage until my house in NH is ready thank you

Project Details:

1] Natural gas fueled, forced hat water system needs tune-up. 2] One of three zones has a faulty valve and I’ve been opening and closing it manually to control heat to that zone.
3] Mechanical area was closed off during a basement finishing project. Contractor had a “Fan in a Can” installed and it has stopped coming on when the boiler fires. No interruption in boiler function. Fan manufacturer says this indicated incorrect installation as fan failure SHOULD have rendered the whole system non-operational.
