I am looking for an estimate on the cost of a new central air conditioner, furnace, and digital thermostat for installation in my condo in East Falmouth.  I know it is hard to give an exact estimate without taking a look at the property, but I would like some ballpark figures (plus, are there any rebates available?).  My condo is 1 floor, with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, 1056 square feet.  It has an unfinished basement.  I am looking for something that is very energy efficient.  I would like a general quote on the costs of parts and labor.  I would need a new condenser for the AC unit outside as well.  I am interested in a Carrier furnace.  The best way to contact me is by email or text
