Project Details:

During installation of a Velux Manual Operation Skylight its operating hardware was severely damaged. The whole crank and chain mechanism needs to be replaced. If you don’t perform service calls of this type, who does? Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I would like to have my roof checked out in a couple of spots.  The roof is both shingled and one ply. When I was raking the roof off I found a soft spot or two on the one ply portions.
