Project Details:

Making a room above 2 car garage. It is 500 sq ft with vaulted ceiling. The walls have 3.5” insulation, the floor has 6.5” insulation, and the ceiling has 6.5” insulation. There are 3 windows…..will probably add a skylight sometime in the future. Have a 12-3 UF wire from breaker to the wall where the inside unit will be.  I will be off cape until sometime late next week.
