Project Details:

The deck is 20 years old and is built of pressure treated wood. It has railings.
Most of the top finish has been removed by pressure washing exposing most of the wood surface which may needed to be sanded. but has some remaining oil stain that needs removing. Then surface has to be sanded. I would like an estimate and work could commence within six weeks.
