Project Details:

We are in negotiation to purchase a home in Harwich and learned the majority of windows are in need of attention due to rot and malfunction due to age (springs etc.)
We would like to get an evaluation and estimate of work to be done and an idea of when work could begin.

Project Details:

Previously sent work needs. Hopefully recieved but if not. Home inspection in Harwich indicates need for crawl space remediation and thorough disinfect and cleaning. Pests, feces, carcases etc.
installation if all new insulation, vapor barrier and dehumidifiers.
Would like an estimate and an idea of when work could begin. Home Inspector recommended Cape Cod Pest.
