Project Details:

I am buying a home and will know more after may 17.  I have a list of projects I will need help with, nothing extensive but these are things I can’t do myself.  My number one project is to get some ventilation going in my attic.  Number two is some work in the kitchen but not a major overhaul, ie: no cabinets.  The kitchen may need a new floor laid and a new countertop.

Currently have a 14’W x 12’L deck of back of Colonial type home. Construction is Pressure Treated and it is stained in very good shape. Want to double size to 14’W X 24’ L and add a trellis above the existing deck.
