My house is in North Eastham. I will install ductless AC and heating in two adjacent rooms on the ground floor. The rooms are approximately 15’ x 24’ and 13’ x 24’. The floor to ceiling height is aprox. 12’. There is a full basement.

I an a seasonal resident and plan to live in the house from April - November each year. I am in Florida now.

Please give me a ball-park estimate of the cost to purchase and install. I can arrange for someone to provide access to the property for survey/installation.
