Project Details:

Mice living in the insulation in the basement ceiling.  Just bought the house; droppings and urine suggest an infestation lasting several years.  Some insulation (R-19) will need to be replaced due to soiling.

open and close chain link gates using mighty mule.  Have had this system for years. I installed myself.  Too old now to replace control board to get system runnig again.  Please help.
