Be available as ‘boots-on-ground’ should tenants need anything I can’t solve from distant location -

I need a new wood stove to replace the current one. There is a liner through the chimney, but the heat shield needs to be brought up to code. Please recommend a wood stove, I am looking at Drolet and quadrafire. Thank you
