Large percentage of interior and exterior painted surfaces have been removed. Anything remaining is what I want pinpointed in a lead inspection and remediation. Anthony Jakatis of South Weymouth did a thorough inspection in March 2021 and I want to remove what remains before sale or rental of my home.
