I’m moving into a rental home located in Mashpee, MA that was built in 1946; I have a 2yr old and 7yr old that will be living there with me. The owner never tested the paint and claims to have painted the walls at least five times. I’d like a lead inspection conducted prior to moving in the week of March 1st. Just want to find out how much the test/certificate costs. Our dad recently died and we understand that in order to sell the house we must get one of these tests. The 3/4 bedroom house was built in 1977 and we moved in in 1978. I pretty much know there’s no lead paint here.
