at the moment i’m only looking for testing and certification. I tested my self with the over the counter testing kit and did not found anything. I would like to rent it year around and want to be sure that there is no lead. the house was remodelled in 2000 and I do not believe that there is lead. Howerver, I need certification to show my real estate office.
