We are selling a property in Hyannis and the buyer is concerned that the insulation in this 1962 built home up in the attic contains asbesto’s. They plan on some major construction which would require movement in the attic. Can you folks test a piece of insulation?

We have vermiculite in our attic around the chimney and cape light compact wouldn’t pressue test our house with the vermiculite in the attic. I would like to get an estimate for the removal cost.

Although a large building - commercial st, now covered in asbestos siding will be renovated in phases. Phase I requires asbestos siding removal of just the front, 2nd floor of the building. The area is approximately 250 sq.ft. Please contact me when possible.
