I’d like to get a small ductless mini-split put into my sunroom on the back of the house. It is currently a 2-3 season room with no heat or A/C. We are looking to air condition the third floor of our guest house with has 8 rooms and on bathroom as a priority. It is a very old house with attic space above most rooms, and a few room of those rooms have open ceiling to the rafters of the roof. Also considering AC for the entire house. I would need 2 estimates, one for 3rd floor and another for the entire house. Could somebody assist me with this? Thanks!

I am buying a cottage and have been notified by the bank that it needs a functioning heating system to close. It has an old gas-powered floor heater that is not functional. I would like a mini split system, but am unsure of the costs. The cottage is 750 sq ft, 2 br, 1 floor. I was thinking. 3 zone system that would be living room, br 1, and br 2. And just to note - the electrical system is not currently updated, but is something we would do right after closing. Would there be any issues related to this? It’s and old fuse system in the kitchen that we would update to a circuit breaker panel in another room. Please provide me with an estimate ASAP and let me know the soonest you’d be able to do the installation. Thanks so much!
