I’m moving into a rental home located in Mashpee, MA that was built in 1946; I have a 2yr old and 7yr old that will be living there with me. The owner never tested the paint and claims to have painted the walls at least five times. I’d like a lead inspection conducted prior to moving in the week of March 1st.
