How many leads can you expect?

There are many factors that will determine how many leads we can provide for your business in any given month; time of year, for instance. If you offer a variety of services and cover a large service area, you will have a greater chance of receiving more leads from us.

Depending upon your business niche, we may have leads for you right now, or it may take from a couple of weeks to a month for us to start generating leads for you. Much of this will depend on who your ideal customers are and what online platforms we can use to reach your customers. The volume of leads will become a consistent number of quality leads month after month.

How does the lead system work?

Once you signup, you choose the types of leads you would like to receive notification for. When we receive a lead in one of your preferred categories, you will be immediately notified by email or SMS text message.

We offer two types of lead distribution:

You Choose: You receive notifications when there are new leads posted in your selected categories. You can view all the lead details (what, where, when, etc...), except for the customer contact information. Then you decide whether you want to purchase the lead and obtain the information to contact the customer to arrange an estimate, sale, lease, etc...

Are there any up front fees?

Not at all. Our lead generation service is performance based, meaning that you only pay us for the qualified leads that you choose to purchase.

What if you purchase leads and do not "close" the deal?

It is up to you to sell your services to the customer once you purchase a lead. To close leads, you must demonstrate the willingness to follow up with them. It is up to you to respond to the customer as soon as possible, have strong communication and sales skills, and close the deal.

What is the credit policy for "bad" leads?

If we send you a lead that has a disconnected phone number, fake contact information, or the person is not qualified to authorize the requested service, we will verify this information and provide a credit.

If you get a lead and are unable to reach the customer after multiple attempts to do so, you may be eligible for a credit. We will review your credit request on a case-by-case basis.

Can anyone become a member and get leads?

No. Anyone can apply for membership, but to ensure the integrity of this service and the level of service provided to potential customers, we manually approve every member. We will also verify each member's eligibility to provide services, as well as insurance, licenses, etc... where required by state or local laws.

Is there a public list of all the members in the program?

No. This is a private network. All member information is confidential.
